Ebony Maynard, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of EM Healthcare & Associates in Palm Bay, Florida. She provides personalized primary care for patients ages 6 and older, with a special focus on veterans, older adults, and individuals managing chronic health conditions.
With more than 13 years of healthcare experience, Ebony has served patients in family medicine, neurology, intensive care, home health, assisted living, long-term care, rehabilitation, and military healthcare settings. Her broad clinical background helps her understand how medical conditions, medications, mobility, lifestyle, and access to care can affect a patient’s overall health and independence.
Drawing from her military background, Ebony is especially committed to providing respectful, attentive care for veterans and their families. Her services include preventive care, routine health evaluations, chronic disease management, medication review and management, laboratory testing, geriatric primary care, veterans health services, telehealth appointments, and shockwave therapy for appropriate patients.
